The first time it runs the SciTE PlusBar

The first time it runs the SciTE PlusBar the Configuration window appears


which, in addition to the adjustments it makes regarding the position of  PlusBar,
every time it appear, it checks if there is a relevant shortcut,

in this case SciTE_PlusBar.execute.lnk in the folder SciTE_PlusBar_1.0.0.25\SciTE\
and if not there then make one

Which shortcut (SciTE_PlusBar.execute.lnk) I have copied on the desktop, I use it to call the SciTE

 

 You can call  Configuration from the main menu by clicking on the gear
